The boat is equipped with twin Hino engines, with about 1250 hours on them. They fire up on the first turn and don't burn a drop of oil. The 3288 holds just about 760 L of fuel for a range of 400 miles at 10 knots. Of course, if you're in a hurry she'll go 20 knots and it cruises at 17.
Oil and transmission fluid changes were just completed in April, to get ready for the season. Both engines and the batteries are under the large hatches in the cockpit. The hatches open completely and you are able to stand up beside each engine to work on it.
